TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing Bella's Wonderland Kids Play Centre (hereafter referred to as "the Centre"), the parent/guardian and the child(ren) accept these terms and conditions in full.

2. The Centre is designed for children aged 1-12 years. The facilities are not suitable for children above this age group.

3. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult or guardian at all times. The Centre is not responsible for providing supervision.

4. Parents/guardians are responsible for the behaviour and well-being of their child(ren) while in the Centre. Any child who behaves in a way that could potentially harm themselves or others may be asked to leave.

5. No outside food or drink, except baby food and drink, may be brought into the Centre. Refreshments are available for purchase.

6. Children who are ill, particularly with contagious diseases, should not attend the Centre until they have fully recovered.

7. For the safety and hygiene of all our young adventurers, we kindly request that all customers wear clean socks while enjoying our play centre. Clean socks help maintain a clean and healthy environment by reducing the transfer of dirt, germs, and odours. If you happen to forget your socks, don't worry! We have a variety of sizes available for purchase at our reception desk.

8. The Centre will not be held liable for any accidents or injuries sustained at the Centre, or for loss or damage to personal belongings.

9. The Centre is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings. It is recommended that all valuables be left at home.

10. All equipment must be used in the manner for which it is intended. Any person found misusing the equipment will be asked to leave.

11. For the privacy and safety of our guests, unauthourized photography and videography are not permitted. The Centre may occasionally take photos or videos for promotional purposes, but will seek consent from parents/guardians where appropriate.

12. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in expulsion from the Centre.

13. Terms The Centre reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

14. The Centre adheres to local and national Covid-19 guidelines. All guests are required to follow these measures.

15. All bookings and purchases are non-refundable. The Centre is not obliged to provide a refund, credit, or transfer if:
a) You change your mind.
b) You decide you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
c) You fail to turn up for your booking.
d) You have selected the wrong item for purchase.

16. All cancellations and rescheduling must be communicated in writing to Bella's Wonderland parties team, via email to hello@bellaswonderland.com.au (for play sessions) / party@bellaswonderland.com.au with at least 72 hours’ notice. If you fail to notify us in advance, the booking will be forfeited.

17. You can reschedule your tickets / party ONCE without penalty up to 12 months in the future, if you provide more than 7 days notice, subject to availability. The Centre reserves the right to not reschedule, refund, or credit a missed session. If we need to cancel your session for reasons within our control, we will attempt to reschedule your booking. If we cannot, a credit for the full value of the session will be provided.

18. Please note that a 15% Public Holiday Surcharge will be applied to all bookings and transactions made on public holidays.
